When adding a Microsoft Access table through an OLE DB Connection in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2, long text fields turn into BLOB.

Solution de contournement
- Exporting the table from the Access Database as an Excel Sheet and importing it to ArcGIS Pro.
- Using the Quick Import tool available with the Data Interoperability extension, imported data correctly in a file geodatabase.
