Bogue
When adding a CSV file in Content and Add Item, the values are missing for fields with names more than 31 characters when viewing from the item's Data View and Map Viewer attribute table in ArcGIS Online.

Workaround 1:
1. Rename the field name below 32 characters and save the CSV file.
2. Add again the CSV file in the Content ArcGIS Online.
Workaround 2:
Directly add the CSV file in Map Viewer.
1. Go to Map > Add > Add Layer from File.
2. Choose the CSV file and click Import Layer.
3. Then, choose 'None, add as table' and click Add Layer.
4. The attribute table shows all the records without any issue.
