Bogue

When accessing third party Internet services, such as Microsoft Virtual Earth, through a Proxy Server, these services should use the Proxy Server information in the ArcCatalog Tools > Options dialog box under the Connections tab like other service layers, such as ArcGIS Server Map Service, ArcIMS, WMS. Currently, the proxy server is returning a prompt to login whenever they a map containing a third party Internet service is opened.
