Bogue
When accessing apps from an ArcGIS Hub site gallery card and the gallery card setting is set to 'Open in the same tab', there is a blank space at the top of the app page displayed. This issue occurs occasionally when the gallery card is set to 'Open in new tab'.

This issue is not reproducible. Multiple updates on the header system are performed for the Quarter 4 2024 release, which may have resolved this issue.Solution de contournement
- Refresh the page.
- In the gallery card settings, in Options, change 'Open in...' from 'Same Tab' to 'New Tab'.
This workaround is not stable and does not always work; the issue still occasionally occurs after applying this workaround.
