Bogue
When a video is added to a sidecar in ArcGIS StoryMaps, zooming in to 175% or more crops the video unexpectedly.

The browser window needs to be maximized. Changing the video options to 'Fit (do not crop)' resolved the cropped window appearance.Solution de contournement
The cropping can be stopped by changing the video options to 'Fit (do not crop)' in the settings. When enabled, the video is not cropped, regardless of zoom level.
