Bogue
When a Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) icon from the icons gallery is used as a header logo in ArcGIS Dashboards, it displays but disappears when the browser is reloaded or when the dashboard is saved and opened in view mode.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.Solution de contournement
Use the URL option instead of an icon. To do so, generate and publish the desired icon on the portal content as a PNG file. Then, open the image to access the data endpoint and copy the entire URL. Use the URL in the header configuration instead of an icon. Adding Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files is currently not supported in Portal for ArcGIS. However, it is expected to work when an SVG file is hosted on another server.
