Bogue
When a raster with a different projection than the map is published to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal and added to a new map, the published map image service is not projected on the fly in ArcGIS Pro.

Solution de contournement
Use the same projection for both the map and raster data, or reproject the raster to the desired projection.
