When a non-Admin user takes a survey in the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app that was created from the Survey123 for ArcGIS website and they include a photo attachment, the survey successfully submits but the feature is not created in ArcGIS Online.

Solution de contournement

1. Download Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/download/
2. Open Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS and sign in to ArcGIS Online.
3. The survey created on the web template appears in the My Survey Designs tab.
4. Click the cloud to download and republish the survey from Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS.
5. Once the survey has downloaded, click the three lines > Create a new survey: https://petey.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=507171e35aa147ecb7d8aaacd1acbe4e
6. Double-click the new Survey to open it, and choose Publish. This creates an identical, new survey in your organization.
7. Share this survey and hosted feature service with the organization, or publicly. With this new survey and hosted feature service, publishers are able to send survey submissions with photos as expected.
