Bogue
When a new service is added as a custom basemap to a web map that is set as the default basemap in an ArcGIS Online organization, the old service is still displayed as the basemap when a new map is created.

Its a known limitation. To get the new map you will have to go back to the organization settings and choose the new default basemap. If you simply want to update the current one, you have to change the setting to a different basemap, Save, then change to your original one againSolution de contournement
Save a new web map containing the second tiled layer and share it with the custom basemaps group. Set this second web map as the default map in the organization settings.Étapes pour reproduire
