Bogue
When a layer is present in a map and its underlying feature class is registered as branch versioned, it becomes possible to edit the selected features through a database connection.

This issue is addressed in the ArcGIS 3.0.x release.Solution de contournement
- Do not add the feature class to the map when registering as branch versioned.
- If data is present in the map, save and re-open the project after registering as branch versioned.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x.
