When a geoserver Web Map Service (WMS) with an ASP extension is used in a ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Java application, the application generates an error message "[Fatal Error] :1:3: The markup declarations contained or pointed to by the document type declaration must be well-formed." However, the same code-base works in the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) SDK application.
