When a Business Analyst MXD is reopened, users are required to add the Business Analyst toolbar from Customize > Toolbars.

In ArcGIS Business Analyst:
- Open the Business Analyst window (the icon is located on the right of the Business Analyst toolbar).
- Under Tools, click the Business Analyst toolbar icon.
- When reopened, the toolbar is present.
