This is a limitation in the Map Viewer Classic that will not be addressed. The Map Viewer Classic is now deprecated (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). This issue is not reproducible in the new Map Viewer (ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.x). Use the new Map Viewer for workflows.Solution de contournement
