Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) connections only show one user-specific set of layers for any number of different user connections.

What you are seeing is by design. The login credentials and layer information is cached when the connection is made. When a new connection to the same WMTS server is made in the same session as a previous connection, the same layer information will be displayed even if the username/password is different. To get a different set of layers, close all ArcMap/ArcCatalog sessions to clear the cached information and then add the connection again with the new username/password.Étapes pour reproduire
