Solution de contournement
Manually copy the templates into the Japanese project templates directory and run the command below in the command prompt:<Visual Studio Installation Directory>devenv /installvstemplatesFor example, in Visual Studio 2013, the template is under <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\CSharp\Windows\1033\ArcGISRuntime.Desktop.10.2.4.zip. Copy it to the Japanese version VS templates folder at <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\CSharp\Windows\1041Similarly, in Visual Studio 2012, the template is under <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\CSharp\Windows\1033\ArcGISRuntime.Desktop.10.2.4.zip.
