This is by design for security purposes, caused by an intentional sanitization protocol on the Portal for ArcGIS home page and only supports certain protocols, of which file:// is not one.

Solution de contournement

  • Right-click the hyperlink and select Copy link address. Paste the URL on a new tab.
  • Use Internet Explorer.
