Vector style symbols do not rotate when the map is rotated in Map Viewer.

Currently our vector symbols use angle Alignment: Display. We can look at exposing this symbol property to let map authors pick between Display or 'Map rotation'. I would recommend creating an ArcGIS Idea post where we can track and give feedback on this enhancement.Solution de contournement
Use only symbols from the Classic category if map rotation is an option.
