Valve Exercising preset template has a lock on the facility identifier and is unable to update or edit the field.

Solution de contournement

1. Export the Valve Exercising CSV file from ArcGIS Online.
2. Extract the CSV file and save it somewhere (desktop).
3. Republish the CSV file you saved to your desktop back into ArcGIS Online.
   1. Navigate to the Content tab.
   2. Click Add Item.
   3. From the Computer.
   4. Add the exported CSV file.
4. ArcGIS Online prompts about the CSV file being a hosted feature layer.
   1. Click yes to proceed.
5. Click on the newly published feature layer.
6. In the Data tab, all of the fields are editable.
7. Using the same CSV file on the desktop, update that CSV file and then append to update the feature layer.
