Solution de contournement

Add the domain account explicity to the agsadmin groupAn alternate solution will be to promote the clearing the cache using the admin tokens as discussed in this blog post. This token may be created using a single agsadmin for a webapp url. This eliminates login/logout into the REST admin each time for clearing the cache. http://blogs.esri.com/Dev/blogs/arcgisserver/archive/2010/10/08/Clearing-the-ArcGIS-Services-Directory-cache-_2200_the-easy-way_2200_.aspx
