Bogue
Validation and Repair tool fails to uninstall patches when customer is trying to remove patches in order to validate the portal for installing the new Portal for ArcGIS Security 2023 Update 1 Patch B. The following error is returned, "There were issues uninstalling patches from your portal machine".

Issue is not reproducible with the specific patch. If experiencing this behavior, reach out to Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed to continue investigation.Solution de contournement
- For the uninstallation, the source of the installaiton is needed.
- It is not done with the traditionally MSI-Installer (the information is not displayed).
- Check within Registry the SourceDir within [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESRI\Portal for ArcGIS].
- Place the installs there and run the Validation and Repair tool again, this uninstall all the patches.
