Utility Network Associations lines are rendering in the wrong location when loaded using the UtilityNetworkAssociations widget in ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript v4.34.

This issue is caused by a server bug. In version 4.30 of the SDK, a workaround is included, allowing functionality despite the server bug. In later SDK versions, this workaround is removed. The fix has now been backported on the server side. To resolve this issue, update to the ArcGIS Server 11.1 Utility Network and Data Management Patch 4.
