Using the Summarize Within (GeoAnalytics) tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2 causes performance issues.

Solution de contournement
This behavior does not occur in previous versions of ArcGIS Pro. The workflow is tested in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and 2.9, where the issue is not reproduced.
The same analysis can be completed without encountering the issue by using the Aggregate Points tool in any version of ArcGIS Pro.
