Bogue
Using the Export Tile Cache tool to apply an irregular shaped area of interest (AOI) causes the results to display black or White shapes on some clipped tiles.

Draw the AOI along the tile boundaries. To see the tile boundaries by reviewing the output of the Create Vector Tile Index tool.
