Bogue
Using solid fill and shape marker layers in symbology with a rotated map frame causes a shift in the PDF file when viewed in Adobe Reader.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Solution de contournement
Rotate the symbology to the same angle as the map frame and then export the layout as a PDF file. Alternatively, use the 'Rasterize layer in exported file' option in the General tab of Layer Properties.
