Bogue
Using portal collaboration to copy content from one portal to another, then removing the collaboration, leaves those without the manage collaboration permissions unable to browse the My Organizations search list in map viewer when many items are copied via the collaboration.

Solution de contournement
- Create a custom Publisher/non-admin role, that has the manage collaborations permission assigned to it.
- Assign non-admin users to those custom roles with the manage collaborations permission.
