The existing ArcGIS Desktop 10.x `in_memory` has much more limited life cycle in ArcGIS Pro. Data written to in_memory should be persisted to the current workspace (%workspace% in modelbuilder) to persist the data. A new, more compete in_memory solution is planned in upcoming releases.

Solution de contournement

Run the model in ArcMap. The output created from the Make Feature Layer tool is displayed correctly.
