Using an ArcGIS Server geoprocessing service in ArcGIS Online 6.4 does not honor the upload files parameter if accessed through the web adaptor.

Bypass the web adaptor.

OR

Manually edit the JSON to add the file type wanted into the 'allowedUploadFileTypes' parameter (for example, .csv). This only works for the first parameter. If two file uploads are needed, this does not work for the second parameter even if the file type is entered.
