Using a cluster point feature layer in a web application with the Near Me widget causes the layer to disappear, the incorrect extent to be displayed, and does not allow proper zooming in physical Android and iOS phones, and the web app preview pane.

Solution de contournement

Preview the web application using one of the tablet devices, or use a layer that does not have clustered enabled. The disappearing layer can also occur without the Near Me widget enabled when previewing in smaller devices. There is another defect logged for this issue, refer to BUG-000133546 for more information.
