Users with an Indoors user type are unable to sign into ArcGIS Online via SAML on the first attempt.

Informations supplémentaires
Users with the Indoors user type have access only to the online-specific homepage. Other tabs are not accessible; this is by design. Typically, users with the Indoors user type sign in to the online site via the www.arcgis.com/home/indoors.html page. If a user attempts to sign in via www.arcgis.com/home/index.html, the sign-in is not allowed. They are automatically redirected to the indoors.html page, where they must sign in again.Solution de contournement
Change the user type to anything other than Indoors user type.
