Users are unable to upload attachments larger than 2 MB in ArcGIS Survey123 when running in an ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 on Kubernetes environment. Attempts to upload larger files return the error message "Error in getting register Item for service".

Solution de contournement

When attachments are added directly to the related feature layer using Map Viewer, rather than through the ArcGIS Survey123 form, files larger than 2 MB can be uploaded without issues.

This confirms the feature service allows larger uploads, and the issue is isolated to the behavior of the ArcGIS Survey123 form when deployed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 on Kubernetes.
