This issue relates to a bug fixed in later versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, where the token expires during the offline packaging job and causes the area to fail. Re-run the failed map area, as the expiring token issue occurs intermittently. If possible, upgrade to a newer version of ArcGIS Enterprise.Solution de contournement
