Upgrading ArcGIS Server 9.3 to 9.3.1 on Solaris 9 and 10 breaks ArcGIS Server. The /server/system/Server.dat file loses its closing '</Server>' tag.

Solution de contournement

Edit the <ArcGIS Home>/server/system/Server.dat to include the closing "</Server>" tag at the very bottom of the file and then restart ArcGIS Server.
