Prior to ArcGIS Mission Server 11.5, the URLs provided in WebContextURL and WebSocketContextURL were subject to validations, including verification that the top-level domain given ('.tps' in this case) is valid as defined and maintained by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA). Starting with ArcGIS Mission Server 11.5 and onward, this top-level domain validation is removed.
