Updating the feature extent is not honored on an empty spatial view residing in an Oracle geodatabase while executing the Register with Geodatabase tool.

- After registering the View with a geodatabase, navigate to Properties of the feature class and select the Feature Extent.
- Provide the required feature extent for the spatial view, and click Apply.
