Updating Portal for ArcGIS private URL from the Portal Admin Directory the second time does not reflect the changes in the Server Admin Directory.

Solution de contournement

1. Set the Portal URL if the Portal URL changes or set the PrivatePortalURL manually.
   1. Stop ArcGIS Service.
   2. On the machine, open <Install_DIR>:\arcgisserver\config-store\security.
   3. Open the security-config.json in a text editor and alter the Portal URL/private Portal URL fields and save the changes.
   4. Start ArcGIS Service.
2. Navigate to the Security Configuration Page in the Server Admin directory, and correct the changes there. In this case the “privatePortalUrl”: “https://supt0010167.esri.com:7443/arcgis”.
