Updates to the domain values of a field are not reflected in the Portal for ArcGIS home page.

The behavior is as designed. For reference services, a change in the domain values requires a service restart in order for the change to show up on the feature service layer resources. However, reference services also support the queryDomains operation for getting domain information. This returns the latest updates without requiring a service restart but not all clients use this operation.Solution de contournement
- Restart the service from ArcGIS Server Manager.
- Stop the service before adding the domain value in ArcGIS Pro, and start the service.
- Use ArcMap or ArcCatalog to adjust the domain values, enabling updates by starting and stopping the service.
- Use ArcGIS Pro to republish or overwrite the service.
- Switch the service instance type from shared to dedicated.
