Bogue
Unexpected change of viewpoint and camera when the rotate button is clicked multiple times in the 3D Scene viewer in ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.0 and 4.1.

The problem arrives because the terrain data is loading every time the view is changed and then the center point might not point always point to the same place. One solution is to set the center in the beginning and then pass it to the goTo() function. Tilting values change if the rotate button is pressed before the animation finishes. During the animation tilting is being changed, but at the end of the animation it comes back to the initial value.Étapes pour reproduire
