This issue is not reproducible in Portal for ArcGIS 10.8. Since ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 is no longer in active support, this issue will not be addressed.Solution de contournement
- Create a feature class in an enterprise geodatabase.
- Publish the feature class as an editable feature service ('service A').
- Share 'service A' only with a portal group which represents the data editors for the layer.
- Portal users in the group edit 'service A', whose source is an enterprise geodatabase.
- Publish the feature class as a public, non-editable map (or feature) service ('service B').
- Add 'service B' to the public-facing web map.
