Bogue
Unable to view spatial features after a certain zoom scale in ArcMap 10.5.1 and lower when the output is created using the Copy Features tool in ArcMap 10.8.1.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcMap 10.5.x.Solution de contournement
- Recalculate the spatial index.
- Upgrade to ArcMap 10.6 or higher.
- Use the Feature Class To Feature Class tool instead of the Copy Features tool.
- Right-click the layer, click Data > Export features.
- Use ArcGIS Pro.
