Solution de contournement

This issue is resolved by performing a rollback from Windows 10 (Version 1909, OS Build 18363.1016) to Windows 10 (Version 1803, OS Build 1713.1304). However, this is not reproducible since a rollback is unable to be performed on a Windows 10 device.
