Unable to run the CAD To Geodatabase geoprocessing tool on some .dwg files and receiving the message, "Fix the missing or invalid parameters: 1" when running the tool in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2.

This problem occur when the files with an exception when the polygon feature class is added to the map. In the same way when the files are initially read with the CAD To Geodatabase geoprocessing tool. This exception is caught in ArcGIS Pro 3.4, so the reading of the file is finished and the parameters are populated automatically as expected.
