Unable to print ArcGIS StoryMaps (Ctrl + P) when ArcGIS StoryMaps is accessed from StoryMap Collection through Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. The URL (storymaps.arcgis.com) refuses to connect.

There are technical challenges with printing an embedded story, so a different way to print individual stories within a collection is not to be addressed. The workaround is the recommended way to print stories that appear in a collection. Open the story which appears in a collection in a new tab (using the option in the ... header menu) and print it from the new tab.Solution de contournement
- Launching the collection from the Mozilla Firefox web browser prompts to open the page in a new window to print the screen.
- Open ArcGIS StoryMaps from each individual link and then print. Do not open the applications from within the collection.
