This is a third-party issue Esri cannot reproduce.Solution de contournement
Bring the XML format file in the local drive, use the Export Raster tool to convert the XML to TIFF format in the local drive, then bring the TIFF file to Panzura, which able to open the raster data in ArcGIS Pro.
