Unable to load basemaps in ArcGIS Collector for Windows 10 if the 'Use Esri vector basemaps in supported ArcGIS apps' check box is enabled in the Map settings on the Organization page in ArcGIS Online.

Solution de contournement

1. Log in to ArcGIS Online.
2. Click the Organization tab > Settings.
3. Select Map from the list of tabs.
4. Navigate to Basemap gallery.
5. Uncheck the Use Esri vector basemaps in supported ArcGIS Apps check box.
6. Open the desired web map.
7. Change the basemap and save.
8. Change back to the original basemap and save again.
