Making updates for the pop-up configuration in ArcGIS Map Viewer pulls the PopupInfo (Popup Elements. FieldInfo) into the web map.

This workaround is not applicable in all situations, as layers may be shared with others through groups or other means. In such cases, the workaround cannot be applied directly; all the layer information, including the pop-up, must be respected by the layer.
