Solution de contournement
Workaround 1:
- Click on the Open button, next to download.
- Navigate back to the download page in ArcGIS Enterprise Sites.
- Refresh the page.
- Item is now downloadable.
Workaround 2: Sharing the item with Everyone (public) resolves the issue as well.
