This is expected behavior in Collector. Coded value domains should not be applied to attribute fields that are used for Editor Tracking purposes. These fields are system managed and get updated programmatically when features are added or updated and therefore are not accessible to the user for editing to access the coded value domain. In this case, remove the coded value domain from the Editor Tracking fields.Solution de contournement
