Unable to create labels for layers of a map service in Map Viewer if the map published from ArcGIS Pro was imported from an MXD file produced from ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.1.

Solution de contournement
Choose any of the following workflows:
- Copy the content from the ArcGIS Pro map created from the imported MXD file into a new map and publish from there.
- Create the map solely within ArcGIS Pro.
- Publish from ArcMap.
