This is configured in a different location in the Organization settings than for map based apps. Go to the Organization tab > Edit Settings > GROUPS > Configurable Apps.Solution de contournement
1. Revert the Configurable Apps setting back to "Esri Default"2. Manually share these apps with the group and they appear in the template list by doing the following:Search for the app (e.g. Crowdsource Manager) in the ArcGIS Online search box.
