Unable to create a new Story Map Tour when the default basemap is set to anything other than 'Esri Default'. The tour fails with an error message "Sorry, Map Tour loading failed."

Create a Story Map Tour by following the instructions below: 1. Go to the web map > Share > create the web application. 2. Change the default basemap to 'Esri Default'.
